Moham and Abby were great. I went to use my microwave in the morning and realized there was not a microwave. I had stayed 2 weekends before in the same type of room and it had a microwave so I was very surprised. I called Moham at the front and she had maintenance bring up a microwave very quickly. That was over and above in service. She explained to me that the higher rooms do not have a microwave so I will try to remember to ask for a room with microwave in the future. In the process of booking a stay in July.

Extremely clean rooms. I booked a king room and when I got there they told me they were all booked out and I ended up with two queens and they mentioned all kings were sold out - I didn’t love that as I think you should get what you booked - and I was on the street side of the hotel so I could hear cars BUT the rooms were spacious and spotless and nice and the breakfast was excellent.

The location was perfect and close to friends. The breakfast was decent with limited options. I was expecting a bit of an upgrade on breakfast on Christmas day, but it was the same menu as every other day. I also like the gym and swimming facilities. The staffs were very friendly, and ample space for parking.

The hotel is relatively new and if was a great stay. The rooms are very spacious, including the bathroom. The staff at the front desk were all very friendly. This was my first time staying in Windsor but if I was to go again I would probably not need to look anywhere else.
